The CRDA, an inter-agency initiative spearheaded by TESDA, is composed of program commitments from different agencies. Through constant coordination, programs and project from these agencies are collected and integrated into the CRDA for proper implementation and monitoring.agencies involved.pngCurrently, there are 32 agencies with program commitments integrated into the CRDA.


As of 29 October 2016, the CRDA program commitments is almost P60 billion, most of which are classified under the 1st Phase or Basic Needs programs and projects. This figure will see a huge increase once all 2nd Phase (Infrastructure Development) and 3rd Phase (Economic Development) programs have been gathered.
